Lodging | Register for a Course
Training may be requested by faxing or
filling out the online registration
form. Verbal requests will also be accepted. A written or verbal request
to the contact below will reserve a training slot for ten (10) days.
- Training -- Cancellation and
rescheduling must be made by noon ten days prior to the scheduled course
to avoid forfeiting the entire course fee.
- Missed courses -- No shows, same-day
cancellations and late students will forfeit their entire course fee.
- Substitutions -- Student substitutions
may be made, but please notify Alliance in advance.
- Course cancellation -- Alliance
reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course and is not liable
for any travel-related expenses. If a course is cancelled, we will contact
you in advance and all course fees will be fully refunded.
- Payment Terms
Invoice at time of registration with full payment due upon receipt of
invoice and prior to the course, unless prior arrangements have been
made with the Alliance credit department.
- If a student cancels a reservation
prior to thirty (30) days before the start of the class, there is no
cancellation fee. Canceling within thirty (30) days of
a reserved class incurs a fee of $375.
A Purchase Order (P.O.) is required to
finalize the reservation of a slot for the training date. Plasmon reserves
the right to fill training slots as Purchase Orders of full payments are
received.
Purchase orders should include:
- Product type
- Training dates
- Student(s) names
- Extended P.O. coverage
Alliance reserves the option to cancel a
training class if participation in that course is less than two (2) students.
The cancellation decision will be made thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled
start. Alliance is not responsible for costs associated with
a reschedule or cancellation. Class usually fill sixty (60)
days prior to scheduled dates.
If a student cancels a reservation prior

SCHEDULE CONFIRMATION
You will receive a written confirmation
of your acceptance in a class from the course instructor within (7)
working days of receipt of your P.O. Do not assume confirmation
in a class without the instructor's signature.
