Is it possible for a customer to customize or configure the Archive Appliance system?
Customization and user configuration is not supported by the 2.x Web UI (user interface). However, special customization and configuration of the system can be done over the CLI (command line interface) on systems running the 2.x Web UI.   The 4.x (and higher) Web UI allows the customer to customize and configure the AA functions and operations to suit their environment. However, there are a few specific settings that can only be configured via the command line interface.

That implies, for now, I could feed AA with CWO media cartridges and they will be treated as WORM, except that they have poor media utilization when it comes to small files.
